Before working with David, I had dreams for my physical health, but had no clue how to make it happen. I wasn’t sleeping well, eating nearly enough for a well-balanced diet, and I had very low energy.

David created a custom workout plan that worked for me, and helped to give me tips for my nutrition. By consistently following the plan and talking with him, my physical health improved dramatically (and in turn, so did my mental health).
